Before we get too deep into a mortgage loan we need to review some preliminary numbers to determine if a refinance would be beneficial, or if you are buying a home we will determine what price range you should be looking in to have the monthly payment that you desire.

We'll also help you through different scenarios by gathering some information from you. We'll then get you a good idea of what kind of terms and loan program will benefit you the most.

At this point we will take a quick application and complete the credit approval.

Once the credit approval has been received (usually the same day) we will then provide you with a Pre-Approval Letter. Handle it with care -- to a home seller, it's like a suitcase full of cash!

Your real estate agent will typically require this before they will even show you a home. They will then present it to the seller when your make an offer. It gives you buying power!

Once you've made an offer and it's been accepted, it's time to complete the appraisal on the home and send the loan in to underwriting for the final approval.

Once Final Approval is received from underwriting we will schedule the closing at the escrow/title company who will handle the funding of your loan.

Youll then sign everything at the escrow/title company's office, they will disburse the funds, and the closing will be complete.
